Looks nice, Carlos. The 5 ounces of RB should make it pretty roasty. Have fun with the brewday & cheers!
Mayfair Court Beer is a good, honest beer at a tasty price. It has drinkability because it's triple-hops brewed. It's cerveza mas fina and it's the coldest beer in the world. It's a better glass of beer so stay thirsty, my friends. More at Mayfair Court Brewhouse

I haven't done this, but I could see it. I was looking through my stuff the other day and bumped into my jar of 5.2 (which I haven't used in awhile). I opened it, sniffed it and them took a small dab on my finger and tasted it. SALTY! Since I just made a beer this week with a small salt addition (some gypsum and CaCl), I could see 5.2 being added. Although no one seems to know what's in it so good luck getting any kind of consistent results with it. Cheers!

in about 1day this bad boy has fermented down to its FG mark 1.014. Its a little fruity on the nose but overall taste great. It fermented around 68 degrees. I only checked the hydro because full krausen was over last night and was intrigued as to see if I had a full fermentation. It will stay there until the 25th which from there will go in the keg.

 :frank:

Its now kegged and waiting to be carbed as soon as I can go run to get some co2.

From hydro samples it seems a bit sweet from the S-04 still very clean and extremely drinkable. I will have to brew this again pretty soon so I can have a back up of this damn fine session drinker.
