Wow, how was this list compiled? Really surprised to see Red Eye Brewing there. Anyone else here familiar with them? They are my local (1 hour away) brew pub in Wausau, WI. They make several beers that are quite good but I'm not sure if they can be compared to a lot of others on this list. I will be interested to see the Thrust! recipe, that is their best offering and a great IPA IMO. They also make a really delicious Schwarzbier.

There were 5 or 6 of us collecting recipes and we each chose what we thought would be good ones. Mine were the Rogue and Oakshire recipes. Most of you have probably never heard of Oakshire or tasted their beers, but the 2 recipes from them in the book are really outstanding.
