My brother is getting married this summer and really digs this beer. I know it is probably a long shot but if anyone could put out some feelers I would definitely hook you up.

Anchorage brewing? Let me know and I'll see what I can work out. family up there. Pretty sure my cousin helped with their brewery build or a refit.

Antonista lives in Alaska, I thought Anchorage, so you may want to PM him and see what you can work out.  I'm sure an acceptable beer trade could take place.

Looks like a saison.  Based on their description, I might use some C60.  WY3711.  Maybe a mix of pink, white, and green peppercorns.  But then, I've never tasted it!

ETA:  Ah, found this....

Ale brewed with Hobbs Family rose hips, peppercorns, and fresh orange peels. Dry-hopped in the barrel with Citra hops. Second fermentation in Pinot Noir barrels.

That does sound like a fun project, maybe I will try it in the future, but the wedding is in like June or May (lol I forget) so I don't have time.  He would be thrilled if I got him a bottle or two though of the real deal...

Dry hopped with Citra. That's what I love about making Saisons. Limitless amounts of "Farmhouse-esq" / "Family" recipes :)
