Ettels, I intend on finding this beer Saturday when I do my R&D shopping :)Omm's write up doesn't give up much except their yeast description so I'd guess DuPont or the like but then again they use proprietary yeasts?Either way I'd like to give it a try too!

Yeah to me it is very drinkable stuff. Not sure what yeast/yeasts they use but they sure know how to use it. Bottle says orange peel and pink peppercorns. Knowing that they are easily detectable but not in your face by any means... or at least not in my face. Anyone know if their bottles can be cultured or if they are using a bottling strain these days?

ETA: It's also carbonated very high and is hard to pour. Which is interesting because the bottle at least seems to be a standard weight 12oz. bottle.

I had a few of these at a bar two weeks ago in Chicago.  LOVED this Saison!  Great stuff.  Do try and find some of this if you like Belgian beers.

I can't get it here. I picked up a 4pk. at Binny's when I was down there a couple weekends ago. Wish I would have picked up more. At 5.4% abv. it's very reasonable and proof that a saison (like most beers) need not be an EtOH bomb to be very flavorful.
