Not to be a wet blanket, but there is a brewery here in MN that has a beer called morning wood. I know IP issues have come up over the last couple months. Just throwing it out there.

Well, the name has been changed so it's a moot point, now.  In addition, the brewery and batch size is so small that it's doubtful anyone there would ever see it.  And I've actually heard of 2-3 other "Morning Wood" beers since this came up.
