What exactly is the point of using this over corny kegs?  Seems way over priced for what it is which seems to be two kegs, a regulator and some picnic taps.

They are new kegs. It's nothing special. Most of the price is in the kegs. They are around $100 - $120 each.

It's pimped up in cosmetics and description in order to get people to pay too much. Newbies, gift givers, and people with extra money to burn= high margins.

Remember the days when it was actually easy to find a couple of used cornies and a reg for under $100? Wasn't that long ago, but those days are no more. :(

I have 22 homebrew kegs. I'll keep a few, but I'll likely sell the rest off.

I guess I'll throw away my keg cleaner

Keep them. In another 10 years you may be able to retire with what they're worth  :D

I don't know, I think they're topped out in value.  New ones are barely $100.  Sell now before someone comes up with the next cheap way to keg beer.  I have 21, I think.  I'll probably knock that number down quite a bit this year.  At least half, anyway.  Maybe just keep a couple and pick up some new 3gal kegs.  I'm moving to 2.5 gal batches anyway.
