I know there are a few here that like to harvest from their starters. Just thought I'd throw out this yeast calculator here for anyone who may not have seen it. It has a provision for overbuilding your starter and tells you how much to pitch and how much you can save from one starter. Long explanation of the inputs and methods behind the calc. at the bottom of the page. He uses Kai's data for growth prediction.
