A week from today? Not sure. When I went in today, one guy in the beer area knew exactly what I was talking about, "They have the glassware at the counter"... but when I got there the cashiers knew nothing about it. A guy sitting behind a desk had to point them out. That suggests that not very many people have asked for the glass.

I don't actually care about the glass. I would like to try the beer. Would never find that beer here.

ETA: Unless of course you try one tonight and tell Nettles it's not worth his while.

nettles: If you're coming to Chicago next week, I think you'll find the Maibock at a Binny's near you. I did not try it tonight but I plan to sample it tomorrow while I'm brewing. It's 7.2% so I plan to hold onto something heavy! :D

The beer list looks great and a little pricey. I can't paste the link from my phone but check beermenus.com Huge selection.

Ah great. Yeah that looks like a nice list. Lots of options. Oh! and look what we have there…. Staropramen on tap. This seems like a quality establishment so maybe it will be fresh!

Yeah two of my bros. have been there and were very pleased. Insisted we eat there. So expectations are high.

Chicago guys.. this place was very nice. Several doors down from Revolution. We've had good food and great beer at Revolution. We walked into Revolution first to have a beer before the Radler at about 4:00 on a Saturday. The wait was 2 hrs. and so busy it wasn't worth having a beer before leaving. We went right down to The Radler and got right in. Not busy at all. Supposedly it hasn't been open all that long. It crowded up after a few hours. Anyways the food was terrific and reasonable and the tap list was great as well. We had several house pretzels with mustard and barley malt butter and the germna meatballs. Also had the Smoked Brisket Reuben, awesome. I had a Staropramen and Ayinger's Maibock. The house helles is brewed locally (Flesk I think) and it was just "ok" IMO.

After that we went to another place called Emporium  (Craft beer and old-timey arcade). Emporium had a great beer selection, all in cans, and probably the freshest non-tap beer I had all weekend. Only problem was that they don't give you a glass, you have to drink it out of the can. I forgot how much difference that can make. It made Pivo Pils taste like little more than seltzer and Easy Jack only a little better.

Anyways we were surprised to see how hopping this neighborhood was by the time we left around midnight. It was crawling with a$$ I am quickly getting too old to be taking note of. PM me if you want a sweet parking tip for that neighborhood.
