Hey Fellas, putting the final decisions out there for an Amber Ale this Sunday. I wanted something of rich color, malty but not over the top malty. I haven't used the simple Cascade in quite awhile and recently picked up a pound. So I want the cascade to come through at the finish but desire enough bitter to balance the malt - hence the humble but proud Magnum. Here's my current run at an Amber.

I would like it less bitter but the recipe looks good.

I had the Magnum a little lower originally but threw in a couple more rabbit pellets since it's a year old (yet dutifully stored).

They may have lost some AA. I think they store pretty well.
