8# NW Pale malt
1# flaked Barley
.5# C15
.5# C40
Mash 150 F
I'm shooting for 1.045, so this will be closer to a 6.5 gallon batch.
I have some Brux Tois on the stir plate with some Brett C mixed in.
Hop selection is going toward the fruity. I'm thinking some combination of galaxy, hallertau blanc, amarillo and maybe citra.
