Yeah, but it's an expensive cleaning if you follow the directions. Something like 3-5 packs per five gallons if I'm not mistaken?

Yeah but why would you need 5 gallons? If you follow the directions I only used 1 pack for my 4 beer lines and had some left over.

For about $5 I get a whole roll of refrigerator water line and replace 7 foot pieces after every other keg. I also replace my picnic's pretty frequently. I can't set up the fancy stuff like Perliks etc b/c the keezer's in the garage and closer to the equator than most of you's guys set ups :)Seems to make sense for the buck.

My lines were beyond cleaning. I thought it was a good idea to unplug my kegerator since there wasn't any beer in it. Not good. I had to break it all down. Bev lines being replaced and other parts are soaking in PBW. Taking apart a three tap tower was also not fun.

I often have a lot of lines, and like I said, I like to use it to soak equipment to clean it. Works great on plate chillers.

Well soaking equipment OK, that's a little different. I would just use other cleaner and only use the color changing cleaner packets for my draft lines.
