not a bad price - seems like it would be easier to use than some of the other options I've employed.

It's stainless, anything less risks infection....

I use nylon bags sometimes.  seems fairly safe.

 

other option is a giant SS tube.  that was kind of pricy though.  I wish I had gone with your method.  easier to use and clean.

Do you use them for dry hopping with pellets or leaf? Just toss in the hops in the keg and let the sure screen do all the filtering?

whole hops, I've never used pellet, don't see the point... I only dry hop with whole leaf....It's great for cocoa nibs too, and oak chips/beads
