I know those stainless jobbies are all the rage, but, as far as keg hopping goes, a 3 pack of queen size white pantyhose will provide about 36 kegs worth of dry hopping with pellets.
I guess I need to look into a "Session IPA" recipe...

BEER LEVEL IS LOW! BEER LEVEL IS LOW!
I have had this problem for a while. I pale ale I made just went on tap though to relieve the drought. Also have an IPA that is about a week out. Several other social events that are likely to drain those quickly and not enough time to make more.

Right. Another issue is that a decent-sized crowd can put a serious dent in your supply in a very short time. We're not running production breweries here but I have 4 beers on tap at any given time and when everything is right I have 4 more kegs on-deck. I'm already hearing, "Hey Uncle Ken, what other beers are we going to see this week?".I have had this problem for a while. I pale ale I made just went on tap though to relieve the drought. it's been years since I had less than 15 gallons of homebrew in my house. it just doesn't happen. this kind of advanced planning is what separates us from animals. you guys need to straighten out your priorities

I also suffer from Charlie Papazian Syndrome: the irrational fear that you may run out of homebrew when you have less than 15 gallons on hand. I've gone through a couple slow periods but always managed to have enough to kill my liver in a weekend. I may have cheated with safe way apple juice cider to put me over twenty a couple times.

10 gallon batches. It's time.

Probably not. I like the variety I get with 5 and my kettle is only 10 gallons so I would need a brewery upgrade to do that. My family gathering is ending today. Many, many beers consumed and 3 kegs killed with others very light. When I walk into my beer bunker, I am greeted with 5 empty kegs sitting on the floor. We had some 2am, 3am, 4am nights/mornings since last Saturday and I could use a break.10 gallon batches. It's time.
