Dry Sour Yeast

I have seen this floating around other places but has anyone seen or heard of anyone using these httpss://squareup.com/market/blackmanyeast ?  I would like to give them a try but the price of admission is a bit steep.  With that said it would be nice to just dump the yeast and move on instead of trying to build up a starter.  Although I did go with the starter route last night...

I got nothing about the dry yeast. But just curious did you drink all of those sours yesterday to make the starter? Or have you been saving them up?

My stomach is not that iron ..lol.  I only had the Beatification last night, the rest had been saved over the past few months.

OK I kinda figured. So what are you making with it?

I am thinking pretty boring.  Just a golden sour.  I am thinking Pils or 2-Row, crapils and some crystal for color.  Mash high 158-160 and just throw in 5-10 IBU's FWH.  I am up for suggestions too.

Think of a helles without lager yeast and bugs instead.  I have not checked on it in a while though, I need to do that this weekend and see if the pellicle has fallen, last time I looked there was still a good one.
