I just recently bough "amylase enzyme formula" from Midwest. No idea what's in there. When I search for specifics, like glucoamylase and α-amylase, I find these lab supply websites with prices so high I'm pretty sure it's not what I really want, even if I did understand what I'm looking at (apparently you can extract it from the pancreas of a guinea pig?). Anyone know of a good place to get common brewing enzymes or small amounts of the name brand stuff like "FUELZYME" and "DELTAZYM?"
