Dang, I really don't follow the commercial beer trends, I guess.  I know there's been lots of talk about 'VT IPAs' lately, but I was just looking at Beer Advocate and 7 of the top 8 rated IPAs are brewed in New England.  Quite a turnaround from a few years ago.  NE is putting charge in the beer scene!  B)

NE has always produced good beers but they were mostly from small breweries with little distribution.

I live in New England, man!  I know this!

 

 

The interesting thing is all the beers on that list have virtually no distribution.  Beer snobbiness is at an all-time high.  Thanks, hipsters!!!
