She is alive!

I also bumped the temp up a bit, I had the setpoint at 52 and moved it to 55.

Now seeing it appears I will have a yeast cake I need to plan what to do with it.

More lagers, and soon.  You'll probably get enough slurry for at least 2 more batches from the above yeast cake.

It is 2124/830 no? I think it's good for a lot of things. My vote, Munich Helles.

I honestly have no idea what it is based on.  If it is similar to 830 that is helpful and a Helles is something that has been on my want to brew list for a long time.

34/70 is the dry equivalent of WY2124 and WLP830.

Any German lager, (Helles, pils, o-fest, bock) etc, will play nice with 34/70.  I've made all of the aforementioned styles with 34/70 and all turned out well.

What is the typical timeline on these?  I have let this go up to 60 for a few days to make sure it was all cleaned up and over the weekend I started to cold crash.  I plan to leave it there at least a week and keg it and let it sit in the serving fridge for a while before I tap it.  I assume that should be fine.  I could let it go longer in the cold crash phase if needed.

Your plan sounds fine to me.

I usually cold-crash my primaries (both ale and lager) for 2 weeks before kegging.  Ales then go on tap and lagers go back into the lagering fridge until ready.
