Snuck in a brew day today while working at home, an English IPA.

Mostly Pils, plus Munich, C-60 and cane sugar (will add to primary in a couple of days at high krausen), to an OG of ~1.075 and ~80 IBU's.

Magnum for bittering, and then all EKG (5 oz total) for the rest of the boil: 2 oz for FWH, 1 oz @ 15 and 10 minutes, and 1 oz for a 30-min hopstand.

US-05 will handle the heavy lifting in the primary.
