Just an FYI... if you are headed to Milwaukee, I would urge you to avoid the Sprecher Brewery Tour. Lasted about 9 minutes and most of their beers are just so-so. Nothing special about the tour or beers.

I did the smuttynose tour the other day. pretty uninformative but the new facility is really nice.

The only informative thing they said on the tour was that their root beer outsells all of their beers and other sodas combined 3 to 1!

Well... they weren't ashamed.
They started making root beer because so many people were bringing kids on the tour. I guess that just about sums it up.

I looked it up and i had there Imperial Stout in 2012. I wrote it poured like motor oil, and tasted of dark fruits. Apparently , i rated it acceptable.
