I hadn't planned on doing anything with the wort, but when i was done i was like, screw it, might as well boil it up for starters, or something. When it got to a boil i remembered i had some hops from last year in the freezer. I decided to make up a batch. It'll be interesting...
I ended up with:
5# 2-row
.25# C40
2oz roasted barley
Mash at 152 for 60
Boil 15 min
1oz amarillo 12 mins
1oz centennial 12 mins
1oz columbus whirlpool
~2 gal at 1.060.
