Adventures in homebrewing has them for $35, but not reconditioned. The deal above is good because they qualify for 9.95 flat rate shipping.

after buying non-reconditioned ones I wouldn't do that again unless they were REALLY cheap.

The last ones I bought like that were 22 bucks.  Sadly, I do not think we will see them that cheap again.

I think I paid 12 bucks for mine. Some place out of Michigan. Lennard.

I can remember Adventures in Homebrewing having them for about 13 when I started brewing.

Why? What was the issue? I just got some non-reconditioned and they were in good shape, not very dirty. They sent a new o-ring set with them, too.
