The biggest issue is when people come over and ambush your beer. Of course, I love having people over and we do that pretty often. It's good to see people drinking the beer but you can wipe out many, many hours of brewing work in a short time. This is one reason I like to have 4 kegs serving and 4 on-deck. I also like this in case I'm having a certain group over and they only like wimpy gold beers... I'll swap out one keg and put a wimpy gold beer on tap. My options are getting slim so I better pick it up!That's a lot of beer Sir
Consumption is up. Production is down.

Ha!
I have 14 taps, 10 of which are for beer right now (2 for meads, one for soda, and one for hard cider). I have over 70 kegs of something in the walk-in. Needless to say, I haven't brewed in a while, and I'm not too pressured to brew, though I would like to put some fresh stuff on tap that is lower in alcohol. Whenever I go through a dry brewing spell, the taps begin to be taken over more and more by high gravity beers.
Hopefully I can brew soon again though, I do enjoy the process of brewing!
