I think it's no surprise that a Hefeweissen is my favorite style. It's probably the only style that I make annually... and sometimes more than one batch (which reminds me...)
At any rate, I saw this article this morning about a Minneapolis based brewery joining forces with General Mills to make a Wheaties Hefeweissen.
I think I may add it to my next batch just for kicks. Wait... do you think Kix would be good to add to the mash? Just kidding... I'll try the Wheaties to see what it does. I can't imagine it would change things too much and is more of a marketing ploy for both companies.
