Nice.  I hadn't seen those before.

 

How are the brett IPAs?  It seems like they're becoming pretty common.  Do the flavors play well?

IME they can range the spectrum from excellent to downright nasty.  I am sure the Stone beer will be on the good end of the spectrum.  Some of the bad ones I have had I think were bad beers to begin with that they tried to "fix" with brett.

I like brett fresh with an IPA when it has that fruity aroma. Only problem is that when it turns it may be dreadful for a while.

Dumb question. Do you refrigerate now or wait?

 

Not a dumb question at all. Just like other beers, the warmer the faster the conditioning time. I've always kept my Brett/Sour beers cold after packaging.
