So who's brewing what?
Here… finally got a lagering fridge. Only problem is it's filled with apples off the trees! So I am finally making my Blonde Ale (lager) today only in a swamp cooler. Chilled it to 52F with groundwater and right now its in a cold bath. Going to get a 1 gallon drauflaussen going at ~54F and pitch the rest of it at ~54F once the drauflaussen gets rocking. Going to try to keep this at ~54-55F for 24-48 hrs before I let it go.

Also making preps. for an English Brown. Going to make the CYBI recipe for Black Sheep's Riggwelter. This one has been on my radar a long time. It's going to be cooler weather here before long and I though this one would be nice for Sept/October.
