Whoa!  That's exactly the combo I just used, plus Amarillo!    FWH with Cent, Chinook at 60, a buttload of Amarillo at 10.  Azacca will be dry hops.

Yeah that's funny. I would use them a little differently, but still funny. I was thinking 3:2:1 of Azacca:Centennial:Chinook (thanks for the input Schwanz) both late and dry. Apollo@60.

Me too!    Used a 2 1/2 month old slurry with no wake up.  Over 4 oz. of pellet hops in the slurry, too.  I ain't skeered!

Well, I just added 5# of sugar to the tripel, and 1# into each bucket of Liquid Stupid. I will see how active the fermentation is tomorrow, but will most likely add the honey for Liquid stupid in two days or so.
