I posted back about using 2565 in an APA.  I do like a kolsch though so I also appreciate the review from that POV.

that's what I thought I remembered.  sounds interesting.

Great article overall, thank you for sharing. I have been eyeing a Kolsch brew day for some time now.

Pretty much confirms what I've always thought....029 doesn't have the character I think a kolsch should have.  To me, 2565 has always been more "kolschy".  I might use 029 to make an IPA, but not 2565.
