I have not tried yet because I am waiting for my parts but I will do a pressure transfer from it.

 

certainly if you had the bulkhead on there it would be easy.  not sure I'd want to deal with cleaning that.  maybe not a big deal.

I plan to pressure transfer the same way I do on the red top fermenter.  A tri-clamp adapter with a racking cane and corny post.  I did not want a bulkhead on the pot itself because I wanted easy cleaning.

silver solder but yes, and add a thermowell and some fittings for the internal chiller.
