I dunno but it sure is pretty.
it's a very nice beer. head retention and lacing are really excellent. better than typical for me. I kind of wonder what the secret is there. crystal? roasted barley? pale ale malt?
the hops are present but not overpowering. it's got a nice richness. pretty well nailed what I was going for.

keg 1 is gone. I decided not to dry hop keg two so it's more of a traditional american amber now. also quit good.
