Care to share?
I don't have a recipe yet. Probably 50/50 masa/2-row, ~25 IBUs and several cut up and bagged anchos. Around 1.050, 1056

No brewing. I kegged the hefe last night and I'll be transferring to 5 gal kegs for the Oktberfest party tomorrow night. I'm bringing two dual tap kegerators to set up and 20 gallons of beer. 5 gallons each of Okterfest, Pilsner, Hefeweizen, and Duss Alt.
After that it will be time to so some maintenance on the brewery. I have some rsut forming in a couple of the kettles so I need to get in there with some acid compound and a polishing wheel and then re-passivate all the kettles. Also, I'm thinking about getting the herms set up as a keg washer. I have about 30 kegs to clean.
My final beer for the year will be a Doppelbock which I'll probably brew next month.

Hoppy Amber?
yessir. everything went pretty smoothly. got about 83% eff into the fermentor. considering the hop absorption and dumping a little wort into the fermentor with sanitizer in it that's not bad!
