I pitched 2 litres of 550 into my Belgian Amber along with the magnet from the stir. I'm a doucher. But I hit my anticipated gravity so that must count for something. But now I have one more fecking thing to remember.

get a magnet to attract the stirbar magnet to the side of your fermenter and move it up the side and out.

I've fermented beers with stir bars in them as well. Good reason to have two stir bars. ;)
