At GABF today, the North American Beer Writer's Guild also gave out awards. I'm thrilled/stunned/giddy to say that Experimental Homebrewing took second place in the Technical Writing category. I mean, I knew it was a good book but to have it awarded by your peers is pretty special. It may not sound like it, but I'm truly humbled.

I've been out of brewing for a few years now. I might get back into it soon now that i have a more consistent schedule/reliable income/ and the kid is in school. Monday morning brews could be a good tradition. I'll have to start reading on all the new things since I've been out of the loop. It would appear this book is a must buy. ;-)
