Weizenbock is going down today.

Deets:

Weyermann pale wheat - 64%

Weyermann Munich 2 - 35.5%

Carafa - ~0.5%

Projected OG: ~1.077 (for a final ABV for ~8%) and an SRM of ~12.

Tettnanger and Hallertau to ~22 IBUs total.  Danstar Munich Wheat yeast will handle the heavy lifting in the primary.

Shooting for this one to be ready around Dec 1, just in time for the holidays.

It's a one and done beer for me but I sure do love a tasty weizenbock. I foolishly attempted one early in my all grain days and I vastly over pitched it.

Brew day is done.  Batch is in the fermentor, wort is aerated, yeast is pitched, and everything is cleaned up.
