Rye pils intrigues me. What percentage of rye do you use?

About 22%.  9 lb. Best pils, 2.5 lb. Briess rye malt.  1 oz. Hallertauer hersbrucker FWH, .7 oz. Magnum at 60, 1 oz. Hall. Hers. at flameout.  WY2124.  1.052 OG, 42 IBU.  In the kettle now...95% conversion efficiency, 91% mash efficiency.

Thanks!  I changed the color in that recipe recently, but forgot about the origin!  As for BVIP, no particular maltster.

Great. Thank you.
