Happy Veterans day everyone and what better way to celebrate then to brew 10 gallons of Citra Wheat.   Anyone else brewing today?

I will raise a glass of American amber tonight in recognition.

Sitting at my desk.  We get the day but I will be taking it Friday for family reasons.

Enjoy the brew day, I plan to sneak a batch in Friday.

Whoa! pH down to 3.43 after 18hrs!

Maybe I better go ahead and pitch the WLP644? Or do you guys like it to go lower?

Just looked at my notes. It's pitching time.

ETA: tastes very clean and nice too. My 7 yr. old split the sample with me.
