Cool. Ordered another big mouth bubbler.

Grabbed some malt and hops for some MLPA. Savings pretty much covered the shipping. Plus, I don't have to worry about impulse buys like at LHBS.

I've been running off a few batches a year. Nothing too far out - greatest hits type stuff. I read up here at least once a week but after 10 years, not many questions come up anymore... lol. Put the finishing touches on the new rig this past weekend, after many months of procrastination.

I used one of these 20% off deals ahile back to order 3 sacks of malt to split with my buddy. It ended up saving enough to make the shipping free. LHBS is $65 +10% sales tax on regular 2-row.

I did the same thing in a sack of Rahr Pale Ale just a few months ago and had it delivered to my door for like $47.  This time the shipping is over $20 and Minneapolis is only 4.5 hrs from me. That price erased the discount and then some. I'll be over in Mnpls/SP some time in December so I'll just pick it up then.
