If you also have some MO and a light crystal on hand then make this.

I am a big fan of liquid stupid. I don't drink it that often, but when I do, it is always enjoyable. I now have several vintages, and hope to do a vertical tasting later (2008, 2010, 2013, 2015 batch years).

How does it change over several years? Does it get better?

better is really subjective. It definitely ages well, and initially it smooths out, and over time the aroma and flavors do change. I haven't tasted my much older batches in a very long time, so I can't say with certainty how it ages for the long term (6+ years)

I'd do 10 gal of a hoppy ass Pils. Not exactly a good winter beer, but hey, you asked!

I find I pretty much drink "summer styles" anytime of year but will infrequently dip into the "winter styles" in summer. Ill drink lighter colored and dry beers all winter but pretty much never reach for an oatmeal stout, RIS, or other heavier malt focused beers in summer.

Same here.  IPAs, pils, APA, etc. are year round, but I would almost never drink a stout from May to September.  maybe a dry stout, but even that is iffy.
