Thanks. Here is the entire setup. And that old Shirron still works well.

I replaced mine with thick silicone gaskets. No issues. But I need to replace gaskets every year or so. Actually I used the red, round silcone gaskets for weldless fittings.

Also, Im thinking about moving the stone down stream instead of up stream where its at now to get better, smaller bubbles of 02 injection.

So here is a mock up of the new design I like better. Everything is still on QD's minus the stone itself as in the previous design. This design will put the stone into the wort stream while the temp probe is inline and still allows the site glass to be horizontal for accurate readings of o2 solubility. I will just have to look at the end to see the thermometer to read it. Down the road I plan on replacing the bimetal thermometer with a threaded RTD probe and use my BK cable and PID to monitor temps. The RTD will also be much lighter. I found some 1/2" 316 SS Tees for $2.80 each off Prime to replace the 4 way cross and brass 3 way Tee.

This should work better and still can be taken apart for cleaning/inspection.

Yup, I like the thermometer on it.  Should have put one on mine.  And for those who have forgotten here's the Aludium Q3 wort modulator:

Not as much SS bling as yours I'm afraid.  And the component parts. Still working after geee, 10 years

Looks good SF. I'm planning my maiden run next week.
