Some of you may already know about this stuff, but I figured I'd share with y'all since I made this video back just after Christmas to share with some friends and family. For each new brewery project I get a new notebook. This time I got a nice small leather binder, it's like 4x7" or something. I replaced the paper that comes with it and put in the Rite in the Rain paper. I got their space pen too, so I can write at any angle, if I'm leaning against a tank or something.
This stuff is perfect for the brewery! It doesn't smudge when it gets wet, you can even write perfectly fine while it is soaking wet. On Christmas day I left it sitting in a puddle of water for about an hour and nothing happened. It actually blew my mind how good this stuff is. See the video.

Yeah, they have printer paper too. I'll be picking some of that up as well. Though I am thinking of using NFC tags so people can load instructions and take notes right on the phones.

I keep one of their notebooks and pens in my swim bag. Works well.
