There's been a lot of good beer talk in here lately. So who's putting it to action and actually making some beer? Unfortunately time is scant for me so I am probably not going to be brewing anything. I'll have to live vicariously through you guys.
Who is brewing 4/29-5/1

Either Monday or Tuesday, I'm brewing my Moving Day IPA.
Mostly pils, with a little Munich, C-40, C-80, and Special Roast; Magnum to bitter, and Cascade for FWH, 10-min, and a large hopstand addition for ~80 IBUs total.
I think i have a pic of it posted in the pint-picture thread.

Just put my latest batch of my Moving Day IPA to bed a little while ago.
The whole basement smells like Cascade, from the 30-min hopstand.
Have high hopes for this one; will post pics in the picture-pint thread once kegged and tapped.

I love that. The entire basement smells so wonderful from that hop stand.

My lhbs did not have s-189 so no Maibock until next week. On the plus side I was able to order 2 packs of s-189 and 2 packs of s-05 for 18 bucks and change with shipping. I thought that was pretty reasonable.
