Oh no, I still have the Ardennes and will use it in the next few weeks. Just need to figure out what to use it in. Maybe I will go with a hoppy style?

What are the changes to the brewery?
MLT changes and a modification to my recirculation. See if I can hit the efficiency I got biab with a conventional 3 vessel system.

Do you always use that much acid malt?
Sure why not? I need that and lactic to hit my pH.

Oh cool. I hope it works. That's been a longstanding bugger for you. Good luck.

Oh, that will be great. I heard it makes a great lager (Chils) and the grain and hop bill are perfectly in line with it. Cheers.fleischmann's
M-84, Mangrove Jack's. I mentioned after Schwanz suggested Bo Pils that I had some. So yes my plan took a turn from what I originally planned on but that is OK.

That term has a whole new meaning outside of brewing...

That is something that has crossed my mind but I am still undecided if that is the direction I am going to go. I have used other MJ yeast so I am aware of the lag but I have not had any of them not start after 48 hours, granted they were all ale yeast.
