Im up here with the wife for the drag races and went there tonight. Had 2 kinds of IPA. One was a west coast with citra/simcoe, the other a midwest/malty with what tasted like C hops. Both were solid. I'd love to know what yeast they use. Check them out if you are around KS.

John Dean is the head brewer and is a good friend. He has won many medals with various beers at GABF over the years. I will pick his brain a bit. If Id known you were in town for the races Id of met you for a few. BJ lives in T town as well.

I didn't know you were up here or I would've set something up. Thanks for checking on the yeast for me. I've been looking for an ale yeast that I liked for some time. Usually end up using lager yeast at cool ale temps.

BT is pretty solid.  The wife and I sampled a basil beer they make at a beer festival about a month ago.  It was very pleasant.  Their whole lineup is first class.
