I making my first starter using caned wort from NB today for a Fathers IPA.  The hand is still real weak but with help from my stepson I should be able to do it no problem.

I'd like to get in a batch tomorrow. Either Drezz's ryeapa or Motueka Helles.

I wish! I need the fermentation fridge to crash chill a lager. I have a series of SMaSH Helles lagers planned, Meridian, Motueka, Hallertau Blanc to start. It'll be your rye. My lhbs should have the Nelson, big question is S-05 or bite the bullet and buy 1272.

I am sure 05 would be fine.  I would just mash a bit higher since 05 is a beast.

No brewing, just bottling the Kolsch that my brother and I brewed. Brewing pils on the 25th or 26th.

Just bottling 3 cases. My brother is taking them to Myrtle Beach for his wifes family reunion. It's also a little memorial to his late father in law. So he had custom labels and caps made. He came over and helped me brew it and he's coming over to help bottle it too. I'm gonna make him run the beer gun. When I bottled up 200 bottles for my wedding my hand just about died cramping up from that thing. I'll run the capper.

Just did a bottom dump on the conical to get rid of the sputz.  Banged on it a bit with the rubber mallet for a harvest in the next few days.

Just doughed in Drez's rye APA. First sub was crystal rye instead of c40. Always some compromises when brewing someone else's recipe.
