I plan to keg my Helles today and that will leave me with a nice amount of fresh 833. I got time and plenty of ingredients so hit me with some ideas. One thought was a festbier but I am looking to see what the BT comes up with.

Festbier was the first thing I thought of and this one I made with 50% pils and 50% Munich 2 and about 25 IBUs of something Noble at 60 came out really nicely. Jamil's Vienna would be great with that yeast too and there is a thread around here for that beer too. 833 is versatile enough that you could go with a pilsner, a dunkel, a bock... so many options. Cheers.

How do you calculate this?

Edit: Or do you mean 32Ibu for a 1.064OG beer?
