It's been nearly 6 months without brewing. Good thing my sister in law wanted me to brew a batch for her rehearsal dinner. 12 gallons of a Ken Lenardesque Blonde Ale. TG 1.046, 2 row and Cara hell for the grist. Columbus to bitter with sterling to finish. About 20IBU.

Hit my numbers, beer is in the bucket and cleaned up all in 6.5 hours. Better than normal. Gotta like that.

Mmm, it does sound like something I would make. You also just reminded me that I have been asked to brew beer for a wedding reception and I'm feeling some amount of pressure.

Ssounds like a nice beer was brewed!! I have taken a few breaks up to almost 2 years but been back since Oct 2015. Welcome back man I hope you can keep the fermenters full!!!
