oh I can see them but I have to go through some hoops. FB I have no way of seeing. I usually only jump through the hoops if I really need to though

kinda Ironic I Drezzed up my process for my brewday and finished 5 gallons in exactly 2 hours and 58 minutes, and Drezz had a fecked day and finished in twice that.

At least it worked good for you. I hope I will be back to my normal trick latter this week with a quick IPA.

Bumping this thread cuz i can.
Just put a nice English IPA into the primary: mostly Pils, with some Munich, c-60, and Victory malt, for an abv of ~7%.
Magnum for bittering, and EKG for FWH, 10-min addition, and a 25-min hopstand, for ~80 IBUs total.
US-05 will handle the heavy lifting in the primary.

Last Thursday Ironkite and I both took off work, braved the heat and, picked 8 lbs of Cascade. That's two 5 gal pails full.
68 pounds of grain.
Magnum bittering. The usual Centennial, Cascade and Amarillo for flavor and aroma.
We cut back to 60 minute mash with the wet hops and a 30 minute boil after attending the Brulosophy seminar.
Sparge to 14.5 kettle volume. Second sparge another 14.5 gal.
28 gal into conical. Temp control to 65°F with US-05 on a stirplate to step up.
Stirplate motor froze and burnt up about an hour prior to pitch.
I think the beer will be OK though.
Oh yea, two ounces of whole leaf Cascade in a hop rocket.

What am I thinking? I'm hosting my club tomorrow for a garage brew on the face of the sun in Coconut Creek, FL. Besides doing a 10 gallon Mandarina Bavaria Pale Ale, I intend on holding a workshop on the finer points of keg and bottle washing. Quality Beautiful wife is making pulled pork and BBQ brats. Sitting on about 12 gallons of beer I expect to be destroyed.
You are totally insane. Welcome to the club. You are one of us. We understand you.

Fellow MALTS member wanted to show 2 of his buddies all grain. We did 10 gal robust porter. Hit all the numbers.
He wanted to know why we started at 6AM. By 11 AM he knew. Extreme ball-sweat.
Welcome to Sauna Carolina
