Such a great yeast. It was my go to for a couple of years. Always just kept it going. I have a whole lot of it now and will brew 10 bbls of Amber tomorrow with it.
Kinda like the 1272 thread. Whatcha think? This one I'm setting higher. 72 I think. I'm doing a wit with it too. Probably be right around there.
