I must say that I did not realize Bravo was a "fruity" hop till I read this and looked it up. Now you have me thinking.

what is ted's typical response time on e-mails? I seem to remember this happening last year where I was wondering if he was going to accept my order or not

Get some Bravo. I've been working with something Stan said about adding a bit of Bravo to other hop combos to make them "pop". So far it seems to be a worthwhile experiment.
Agree 100%. I love Bravo. It's a great hop in the mix

Fantastic for bittering as well. Really a great all around work horse.

He can be slow, admittedly! He's got a water slide biz to run, too. Shoot him another email.

I think it's supposed to have been a better harvest this year than last. Pre-ordering has begun and I just put in my order. Nothing earth shattering. I like to pick up varieties that are new to me as I want to try them so these are really just established favorites, except for Sterling. I'm sitting on quite of few pounds of other varieties from the last few years but the below ones are beginning to dwindle. I am always surprised by how well hops store frozen and sealed. I am near the end of my 2013 Mosaic and it is still as vibrant and aromatic as ever. What are you planning to order?
2# Amarillo
2# Cascade
2# Centennial
2# Mosaic
1# Simcoe
1/2# Sterling
These were at my front door when I arrived home from Chicago tonight. They look beautiful. However, if I buy any more hops I need to have my head examined.

Just got word from Ted all my hops are in except 2016 Bravo. He offered me 2015 at half price and I took that. I think I will be brewing up a Trillium Sleeper Street"ish" beer with the El Dorado once they come in.
