3711, 3725, I would have a hard time getting these to ferment less than 85%. I have not used it myself but hear that Belle Saison is in this class of attenuation. 3726, 3724/565, will do it easily as well but maybe a little less than the first two and some consideration should be given to grist and mash schedule. Several others will as well if your grist and mash were selected specifically with attenuation in mind. These would, IME, include 1450, 1056, 1272, US-05, and 007/1098. Save for Belle, I've only named yeasts that I have used but there are others that are reputed to do it too. What are you trying to do?

I've had good success getting 80+% attenuation with 3726 Farmhouse Ale.

I've also heard that 3711 can ferment water, so if you're after monster attenuation, 3711 might be the ticket.  :D

a lot of yeast strains could do this depending on the wort.  so what will you be fermenting?

I've been using 1272, but 75% is all I am getting out of it. It's consistent, but it's "only" 75%... I'm not necessarily trying to do anything per se, just seeking out other strains. Obviously 3711 isn't a sub for 1272, but you're right on that one. It's a beast.

For american ale try wlp090. I have even heard that some breweries use WY3787 cold for a clean profile. Have kot tried that myself though.

Not 85% but WLP007 will get you to 80% and maybe more depending on grist and mash characteristics.

ETA: Potentially Conan too but that is finicky and not good for all styles.

05...but wort composition is much more important than the yeast attenuation rating.  As you probably know, the attenuation rating is only for comparing one yeast to another and is not necessarily an indication of the attenuation you'll get.   Using the same yeast on different worts, I can get from 65-85%.
