Actually this answers most of my questions.. Including LIME PICKLE IPA!

Lime Pickle IPA was one of the first beers kicked, although I changed the name on the program to Indian Spice Lime IPA. It turned out really well but needs some tweeking. Liquid Tamale keg also went home empty. 

 

Yesterday we did our Postoberfest wrap up. We had to empty all of the commercial kegs so all the beer went home in growlers or cornies but mostly bellies :)

HOPS! Bubbly Creek Barrel Brawl winning beer brewed at Mad Mouse Brewery.

Angry Birds | Haymarket
American Belgo IPA • 7% ABV
This Belgian Strong Golden ale is brewed with Belgian yeast, Amarillo hops and 30% rye malt, creating a complex brew with flavors and aromas of spice, citrus and pine. Dry hopped with 22 lbs of Amarillo.

Apple Cranberry Cider | Marty Carroll
Cider • 5% ABV
Indian Summer Apple Juice fermented with Cote de Blanc yeast and Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice added for back sweetening: 1.5% residual sweetness. No sulfites

Applewood Gold | Moody Tongue
American Blonde Ale • 5% ABV

It was perfect, weather-wise. And everything went smoothly. Unfortunately for me, I have about 30 sixtel in the garage that need to be returned.
